Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Support Associate to manage IT
operations and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Provides technical support for personal computer hardware,
software, and mainframe technology
Sets up and configures desktop computers and peripherals, and
administers user accounts
Troubleshoots and repairs computer equipment, acting as a customer
liaison for computing operations
Required Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent IT diploma
2-3 years of relevant experience
Experience in data processing and computer operations training
Knowledge of various hardware, software, programming languages, and
operating systems
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Intune (Azure AD)
