Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Center Advocate to
join their contact center team.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming phone calls and schedule patient appointments
efficiently
Document patient requests and pertinent information in the EMR
system
Coordinate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow and
ensure knowledge of site protocols
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
1-3 years of related experience in a call center or as a
receptionist, preferably in healthcare
Experience with E360, NextGen, Waystar, Epic software, or other EMR
systems is preferred
High School Diploma required
Strong computer skills and ability to multi-task across multiple
programs
Availability for 6 weeks of training with no time off
