Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Contract Negotiator who will
manage contracts and agreements related to research and sponsored
activities.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, negotiate, and execute various research-related
agreements
Support the research community by providing expertise and customer
service in contract administration
Consult with university partners to ensure timely review and
execution of contracts
Required Qualifications
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree
5-7 years of experience in contract negotiation and
administration
Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to
sponsored programs
Experience with contract negotiation skills and organizational
abilities
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and
stakeholders
