A company is looking for a Remote Accounts Receivable
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to reconcile accounts and collect
payments
Assist patients with understanding pharmaceutical charges and
resolving billing inquiries
Verify billing and account details while ensuring compliance with
laws and internal policies
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable
High School Diploma or GED is required
Ability to work independently and in a team
Must have a quiet, distraction-free work environment and reliable
internet connection
