Job Description:
A company is looking for a Proof of Claim Processor.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation and processing of Proof of Claim and 410A Proof of
Claim Attachment
Filing of documents with the Bankruptcy Court and updating client
systems
Providing paralegal and administrative support to attorneys while
maintaining client relations
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required
Bankruptcy, Mortgage Servicing, or Accounting experience
preferred
Ability to communicate with Trustees, Bankruptcy Courts, and
attorneys
Proficiency in software tools including Word, Excel, and
Outlook
Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
