Job Summary This role requires confirming and qualifying appointments and routing the right individual to the scheduled request every day and ensuring workers arrive on time to their call. Home Comfort USA needs a motivating and encouraging individual to assist our team. Key skills are experience, motivation and high level of customer service as well as hitting monthly goals and dispatching for dollars. Dispatcher will coordinate daily work schedules in a fun, exciting fast paced work environment. Must have availability to work shifts between 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Tuesday through Friday and Saturday 9:00 AM - 6:00PM occasional OT if needed. Communicate efficiently and confidently when confirming appointments with technicians Handle multiple tasks at the same time, while answering constant phone calls and emails Work well independently without supervision and get along with coworkers to efficiently guide and schedule all calls Set goals for self and team as well as exceed company quotas while maintaining dedicated customer service and relaying information to managers when expected goals are not being met Correct mistakes and monitor information while resolving issues as necessary Skills & Qualifications Go-getter attitude Active listening skills Excellent customer service Computer literacy and data entry skills Dispatching experience (2 years minimum preferred) Service Titan knowledge (perffered) HVAC and plumbing CSR experience preferred but not required Have a positive attitude and work ethic Multi-tasker, great retention and fast paced skills Dependable and adaptable Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements Extended hours may be expected Comfortable sitting for prolonged periods of time
