Job Description:
The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of
their assigned project from planning to completion. They will be
responsible for coordination of field teams, managing budgets,
building schedules, ensuring compliance with regulations. Our
client is an LA based Top General Contractor specializing in
diverse projects ranging from commercial, healthcare, education,
retail, to multifamily. Their projects range from $5M to $250M+ and
they have a strong pipeline of projects through 2025. They are
looking to add top talent to their diverse team who are passionate
about construction and to take part in an exclusive project.
Manage the life cycle of projects, including planning, initiation,
execution, monitoring, and closure.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including objectives,
deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation, in collaboration
with key stakeholders.
Effectively communicate project goals, progress, and challenges to
internal teams and senior management, ensuring transparency and
alignment.
Coordinate and facilitate regular project meetings, providing clear
agendas, minutes, and action items to drive progress and
accountability.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively
developing contingency plans to ensure project success.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to define project scope,
customer requirements, and contractual obligations, ensuring
alignment with client expectations.
Monitor project budget, resource utilization, and financial
performance, ensuring profitability and efficient resource
allocation.
Bachelors degree in construction, or a related field
Knowledge of construction software: Procore, MS Projects, Primavera
P6, Bluebeam
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
Strong project management skills with demonstrated track record of
successfully completed projects
