Job Description:

The Enterprise System Administrator II IT Services will be able to provide high-level
planning and coordination for the development and implementation of all aspects of all
Execute key projects to advance technological
Support and engage with technologies primarily in the Microsoft Servers environment.
Knowledgeable of MS Office 365, VMware and Hyper-V virtualization technologies, SQL,
web, email filtering systems, enterprise-level endpoint protection systems, F5 Load
Administer and support Microsoft Server OS, MS VMware, vSphere, ESXi, resource
Develop and implement project plans, risk assessments and contingency plans.
Design and implement monitoring, configuration management and reporting functions
Define and document best practices and support procedures.
Maintain inventory and asset configuration documentation.
Assist with hardware, firewall, telecom and software vendor evaluation,
Providing routine data back-up and recovery support.
Participating in system hardware migration and upgrades projects.
Supporting servers across multiple data centers.
Function as an Escalation point for Server Software and Hardware Break/Fix. with Hardware and Software vendors, WRG and application support teams to resolve
Windows server, Server administrator, Active directory, System administrator, microsoft iis, f5 load balancer, Certificate Management, monitoring tools, Linux, Windows, Powershell, Systems engineering, O365, Exchange, storage area network, Storage, Vmware

*Knowledge of fundamentals of network security.
Familiar with TCP/IP networking and general network troubleshooting skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
Must be able to plan and schedule tasks and projects efficiently
