Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mainframe Performance Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze mainframe performance metrics and generate reports to
identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
Continuously monitor mainframe systems for optimal performance and
reliability
Develop and implement strategies for system performance enhancement
and maintain documentation of performance issues and solutions
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience with mainframe systems
6+ years of experience in mainframe performance analysis and
optimization
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of
education and experience
Proficiency in performance monitoring tools (e.g., RMF, OMEGAMON,
SYSVIEW, MAINVIEW)
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
