Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze employee feedback to identify trends and areas for
improvement
Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and
satisfaction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address employee
concerns and drive initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field
Experience in employee engagement or organizational development
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
Familiarity with survey methodologies and feedback mechanisms
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
