Job Description:

A company is looking for a Remote Cupid Epic Analyst.
Key Responsibilities

Design, analyze, develop, test, implement, and provide tier two technical assistance for assigned system applications
Consult with Epic representatives and end users to configure and build Epic software to meet organizational needs
Troubleshoot problems, recommend solutions, and modify procedures to address complex data processing issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience required for Analyst and Sr. Analyst levels; Associate degree required for Associate level
Minimum 3 years of healthcare-related experience required for Analyst level; 1 year for Associate level; 5 years for Sr. Analyst level
Experience with Microsoft Office programs required
Experience in programming, system analysis, configuration, system implementation, and/or application support preferred
Epic Proficiency required within 3 months of hire for Analyst and Associate levels; Senior Analyst requires at least two Epic Certifications
