Job Description:
Job Description POSITION SUMMARY -- Manage accounts as the
primary point of communication with assigned customers. -- Lead the
cross departmental team that interfaces with each customer. -- Lead
the sales component of the Department and handle direct reports.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS -- Introduce, explain features and
benefits, and sell toys and collectibles to assigned customers --
Manage the pre-order process; enter orders manually -- Support
Director on new initiatives and staff development as directed --
Support the day-to-day sales and distribution relationships of the
company -- Submits set-up sheets for new product and sends to
retail buyers -- Communicate limited quantity availability to key
customers and navigate allocations -- Analyze and report on key
customer purchases and performance as requested -- Identify leads
and support development of sales to new market channels and
customers -- Support client trade marketing program and promotional
requests as needed -- Collaborates with brand marketing team to
develop retailer-specific product proposal decks -- Provide regular
reporting to management as requested -- Attends sales meetings and
conference calls -- Assists with meeting scheduling -- Attends
tradeshows and related events -- Supports sales staff by answering
incoming phones -- Updates customer information in database when
needed -- Other requests as specified from time to time --
Supervise Sales personnel in the C&C Department -- Manage Sales
personnel time and priorities -- Apply training and mentorship to
Sales personnel in the C&C Brand Department -- Direct report to
Senior Sales Manager Additional AO Responsibilities- Lateral Sales
Support as Account Owner --- AO Order Management coordination

issues (expansion, closing, change of business terms) REQUIRED
SKILLS AND ABILITIES -- Problem solving mentality, positive
attitude, and deadline focused Team oriented and ambitious to grow
within the company Above average organizational, time management,
desktop software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), reporting,
data entry and record keeping skills Sales, retail, or operations
experience Familiar with and experienced in attending pop culture
fan coventions Strong organizational and analytical skills to
oversee and prioritize projects Excellent interpersonal
communications, presentation, and leadership skills Knowledgeable
and understanding of Japan pop culture titles and products Provide
leadership to drive Sales personnel to grow the business and meet
Department goals Report to Senior Sales Manager with organized
information
