Our clients are always happy with the help of any of our 4 Licensed Agents in the office who are always willing and ready to help. We are bilingual, English/Spanish. We offer in person & online appointments. We are currently seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to add to our team Duties & Responsibilities - Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Learning and understanding company insurance products to be able to explain to customers. Answering calls and responding to customer requests. Accessing customer accounts and making changes. Providing customers with detailed information about policies, products & billing. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance product options. Forwarding customers to sales agents when a policy needs to be initiated or upgraded. Expectations & Requirements - Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Proactive in problem-solving Detail oriented & organized Able to learn computer functions Bilingual - Spanish (preferred) Property and Casualty license (preferred) Life and Health license (preferred) Patient & dedicated to providing excellent customer service Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
