District is looking for sales professionals to join our Agency
Protege Program (aka. a mentorship). You will have the opportunity
to work and learn from a successful Farmers Agent, for 1 year. In
the program, you will be exposed to all the ins and out's of the
insurance industry as well as what it takes to successfully manage
people, market an insurance agency, and drive sales. This is a paid
program that helps you develop the key skills needed to be a
successful insurance agent. Farmers Insurance offers a fulfilling

uncapped commission structure, along with the true security of
knowing you are in complete control of your financial destiny. When
you complete the program within 1 year of enrolling, you will be
presented with the opportunity to own an insurance agency.
Insurance is an industry where 90% of the products are
state-required, meaning customers need to have them. We are here to
offer a consultative experience because most customers have
insurance, but most customers don't know what they have. We are
here to educate customers on their current policies, save money
through bundeling, and provide a superior customer
service/insurance experience to the status quo. If you are

education and training you will need. It starts with obtaining your
licenses. Then continues throughout your Reserve and Career
milestones with our InHouse training and access to the University
of Farmers (in-class and online). CORE JOB DUTIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE
NOT LIMITED TO): Become licensed in Property & Casualty, Life &
Health Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to
help the customer identify specific products and solutions Solicit,
sell, and negotiate new business policies Review renewal business
and identify appropriate follow-up action based on the degree of
change Cross-sell/up-sell products to existing customers Keep
records of customer interactions and transactions, recording
details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions
taken Assist with the annual review process by contracting
customers and preparing personalized customer coverage
recommendations based on customers--- needs Perform risk analysis
and underwriting Client/ Claim liaison Refer unresolved customer
grievances or complex customer interactions to senior team member/
agent Monitor calling activity and production for agency marketers
Implement/ adhere to company and Agency guidelines General customer
service duties as presented Performs other duties as assigned
Compensation: Monthly Base: $2,000 - $3,000 (avg.$2,500)
Commissions: 50% to 100% Bonuses: This will vary between the
