Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY:Key responsibilities include educating,
servicing and training existing customers on HealthTrackRx
offerings. In addition, you will be tasked in helping identify new
business opportunities by developing existing relationships and
cold calling prospective accounts. You will also work side by side
with the Territory Sales Director in the assigned territory.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum Education and/or Certification:
- Bachelor's DegreeRequired Experience
- 1-3 years of field sales experience and the ability to show
documented sales numbers in b2b or medical sales
- Experience in a sales or customer service function
- Prior field-based position which includes significant travel
requirement is desirable
- Prior experience working in a clinic or hospital environment is
desirable Required Skills
- Must be able to independently research, organize, multitask and
prioritize work
- Possesses a vibrant and engaging personality and enjoys
building relationships and meeting new people
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills a must
- Great editing skills and attention to detail required
- Interpersonal communication skills are a must ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONS and BASIC DUTIES:
- Travels throughout assigned territory under the direction of
the VP of Sales to call on current customers and to solicit new and
profitable business
- Responsible for assisting in growth of new and current
business
- Schedule and execute in-service training at customer sites
- Train clinic staff in proper processing of requisitions and
sample collection procedure
- Provide regular follow up and refresher training to customers
as required
- Ensure all customers are adequately stocked with appropriate
supplies at all times
- Plan and execute visits to all existing accounts in the
territory on a regular basis
- Identify, communicate and help resolve any service issues,
billing issues or customer complaints
- Work as a team with the territory sales director to ensure
excellent on-going customer service and satisfaction with company's
products and services
- As required, assist company in obtaining information missing
from requisitions in order to facilitate timely specimen
processing
- Develop close working relationship and collaborate with Lab
staff, especially Billing & Data Entry
- As required, assist Marketing team with customer surveys and
feedback to identify areas for service improvements and
enhancement
- Schedule and/or arrange UPS/FedEx/Courier pick-ups from
offices
- Depending on location travel required up to 50% ADDITIONAL
RESPONSIBILITIES:--- Ensures adherence to all State and Federal
guidelines and regulations including compliance with CLIA and CAP
regulations--- Performs other duties as required
