Details:We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Permanent
Director of Sales & Operations to join our growing team in the
Construction industry. This role is an exceptional opportunity for
a seasoned professional to lead our sales team while overseeing the
operational aspects of our business. The ideal candidate will be a
strategic thinker, with a strong background in sales leadership,
mentorship, strategic planning, hiring, market research, and
P&L responsibilities. You will be responsible for driving sales
growth, managing budgets, and ensuring operational efficiency. This
role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar
position and a proven track record of success.Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans in line with the
company's business goals and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to
achieve sales targets.
- Oversee the entire operations of the business, ensuring
efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
- Manage P&L responsibilities, including budgeting,
forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
and understand industry trends.
- Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract and retain
- Monitor and track sales goals, providing regular updates to the
- Collaborate with other departments to drive operational
excellence and achieve company goals.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sales and

- Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is
