This role is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our sales team while overseeing the operational aspects of our business. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with a strong background in sales leadership, mentorship, strategic planning, hiring, market research, and P&L responsibilities. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing budgets, and ensuring operational efficiency. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position and a proven track record of success.Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans in line with the company's business goals and objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Oversee the entire operations of the business, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
• Manage P&L responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends.
• Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Monitor and track sales goals, providing regular updates to the executive team.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive operational excellence and achieve company goals.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sales and operational performance.Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successful sales leadership and operations management.
  • Exceptional mentorship and team leadership abilities.
  • Strong understanding of P&L responsibilities, budgeting, and financial management.
  • Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Experience in hiring, developing, and retaining top talent.
  • Proficient in market research and data analysis.
  • Ability to monitor and track sales goals effectively.
  • Strong understanding of the Construction industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
