Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in finding the right parts for classic and muscle
cars
Utilize web-based tools for order management and customer
relationship management
Adapt to changes and improvements within the company to enhance
customer service
Required Qualifications
Familiarity with parts for American classic and muscle cars
(1930s-1980s)
Typing speed of 60+ WPM
Strong computer skills, including navigating order management
systems and CRMs
Friendly and customer-first attitude
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment
