Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Medicare Sales
Support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and motivate Sales Support Representatives to achieve
performance metrics
Develop and document process improvement plans for sales
efficiency
Supervise daily operations and support staff in their job
duties
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or sales,
preferably in a call center
Ability to work shifts from 6:00AM to 6:00PM PST, including
overtime and weekends as needed
High-speed hardwired internet connection with specified minimum
speeds
Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Microsoft Office, and contact
management software
High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
