(Microscope Assembly or Soldering) Medix is currently hiring for a
Manufacturing Associate to join a leading medical device
manufacturing team in Glendora, CA . We are looking for
detail-oriented individuals who excel at precision work,
specifically those with experience in small-part assembly under a

Consistent morning shift with regular overtime opportunities.
Professional Growth: Work within a highly regulated ISO 13485 and
FDA-compliant environment. Position Details Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30
PM (Monday - Friday) Overtime: Must be available to start as early
as 4:00 AM daily based on production needs. Location: Glendora, CA
Environment: Controlled Clean Room / Manufacturing Lab Core
Responsibilities Precision Assembly: Work with microscopes,
forceps, and other small hand tools to assemble intricate medical
device components. Machine Operation: Set up and operate
specialized machinery for product formulation and packaging.
Quality Inspection: Perform routine product testing and inspections
to ensure 100% accuracy and safety. Documentation: Review and
maintain Batch Product Records (BPR), ensuring part numbers, lot
numbers, and expiration dates are verified. Compliance: Operate
within a Clean Room environment following strict GMP and ISO 13485
regulations. Required Skills & Experience We are looking for
candidates who meet at least one of the following criteria: 1 year
of experience performing assembly or inspections using a microscope
. 1 year of experience in precision soldering (electronics or
medical components). Additional Requirements: High school diploma
or GED. Previous experience working in a Clean Room environment.
Basic understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) . High
attention to detail and the ability to work with very small parts
for extended periods. Ability to read and interpret material
specifications and batch records. Soft Skills & Attributes
Reliability: A strong work ethic and commitment to the 6:00 AM
start time. Team Player: Ability to communicate respectfully and
collaborate in a fast-paced lab. Trainability: A willingness to
learn new processes and adapt to evolving production needs. For
