active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A school-based Physical
Therapist position is available in Irvine, CA, supporting multiple
campuses within the district. This full-time, itinerant role spans
from August 13, 2026, through November 15, 2026, requiring on-site
presence five days a week, Monday through Friday, for a total of
37.5 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct physical
therapy services to students across various school locations.
Administer assessments to evaluate student needs and progress.
Prepare for and actively participate in Individualized Education
Program (IEP) meetings. Manage caseloads efficiently while
traveling between assigned campuses during school hours.
Collaborate closely with educators and support staff to develop
comprehensive therapeutic plans. Qualifications and Experience:
Current and active Physical Therapy license in the State of
California. Must complete required fingerprinting for the state,
district, and agency. Teaching credential status to be confirmed;
updates will be provided accordingly. Previous experience in
school-based physical therapy or a related setting preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills to manage itinerant
responsibilities effectively. Location and Schedule: Based in
Irvine, California, with services delivered across multiple school
sites. Full-time contract position with standard school hours from
